Technical advantage:
Chinese wolfberry production line is mainly composed of cleaning, lifting, air shower, preheating cooler, beating, horizontal spiral separation, degassing, homogenization, UHT sterilization and aseptic bag filling. The entire production line is designed for the juice based on international quality standards.
Features:
1.Preheating: Increase the juice rate by preheating the cooler;
2 .Degassing: degassing to remove oxygen from the material to prevent browning;
3. Homogenization: two levels of homogenization to prevent material stratification;
4 .UHT sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, under the condition of retaining the color and taste of juice, through sterilization;
5 .Aseptic filling: preservation in sterile large bags to improve the shelf life of the juice.
